I am writing from Bangalore in India, where I spent the last week in deep meditation @ Pyramid Valley.
While being here I have started a new morning ritual that really sets me up for the day ahead.
My Morning Ritual @ Pyramid Valley, Bangalore
1. Wake up at 7am
2. Climb top of mountain
3. Play tibetan singing ball on energetically charged rocks for 1hr
4. Meditate for 1 hr to the resonant chakra sound that echoes across the valley from the singing bowl (or play the bowl with a Trypnaural session.)
5. Have a glass of Mosambi juice (more on that later)
6. Write down creative thoughts that may emerge from the meditation.
7. Eat the finest masala dosa known to mankind!
My brother recently gave me a book called Daily Rituals by Mason Curry.
It is an amazing collection of daily rituals from some of the worlds most successful, talented and inspiring people.
Rituals can form success habits that stay for life, and many of the worlds say they would not be where they are without them.
I highly recommend the, and get inspired to create your own success rituals too 🙂
I also recommend getting a Tibetan Singing Bowl – they sound amazing over Trypnaural music too 🙂
Do you have a morning ritual? If so I would be great to share it in the comments below, so that you may inspire others to try them out 🙂
Peace and blessings,
Niraj
P.S I will be sending you some more tips, music and moments of inspiration from India very soon.
Nice ~
Mother Earth loves it ♥
do you sell cds?
Cute ritual! It seems like a special moment! I make every day a different meditation, with light, with energy reiki or meditation with images, to clean the aura or chakras or the easiest is to do a tune that has 10 times more energy or but do some yoga or stretching. There is a mental yoga which is very interesting if one could do nothing and this traveling or walking to work, share it if served to another: have to move the energy with the mind through the following points without pausing at one in particular, as if it were a light white or any color road. So by what I remember:
1 ° part front body: right thumb and finger index passed to wrist, forearm, shoulder, arm, and heart.Out again from all the right hand, Palm, back, wrist, forearm, elbow shoulder, armpit, heart, side of the abdomen, side of right hip, right thigh, right knee, calf, heel, foot, toe, finger and following toes of the right foot, sole of the right foot, and then upload to heart.Repeat the same on the left side.
2nd part of the back of the body: head, neck, right shoulder blade, left scapula, right waist waist left, beneath the buttocks, first right and then left.
3rd part of later: Ckakra root, 2nd chakra, 3rd chakra, Center of the chest on the left side, then the right side, left shoulder, right shoulder, left ear, right ear, left side of the nose, right side of the nose, left eye side, right, centre left eyelid and then right, left eyebrow, right, 3rd eye, hair, forehead and Crown start.
4th now as if one created an airbag light, wrapped right leg all together, left leg all together, both legs at the same time.
5 ° legs and abdomen.Chest
6 ° left arm all together and then the other, then both at the same time.
7 neck and head
8° the entire body at the same time as in a bright light airbag.
It seems difficult, but when you memorizás it it is easy and is done in a few min and with a focused mind so it also relaxes and activates at the same time.Peace to all beings!
Bless you always Niraj, you are a big inspiration, thank you! 🙂 x
